Notary Services

The Sloan Public Library is now offering notary services to the public, free of charge.

We currently have one notary on staff, therefore, prior to bringing your documents in to be notarized, we encourage you to call to make sure that our notary is available.  The notary is generally available Monday and Thursday from 1:30 - 6:30 pm, Wednesday from 10 am to 6:30 pm and Friday from 1:30 to 5:30 pm.  

The library does not provide witnesses; you must bring your own if your document requires it and each witness signing will need to provide a photo ID. Notaries are not able to answer any questions about your document.
